Got the 2080 and game move really smooth.

Yeah I've noticed increased crashes since reverting too :/
Also: HBAO+ flickers after I launch the game - switching to another antialiasing method and back, so that the renderer reinitilizes (or whatever happens there), fixes this for most of the game, although there are parts where it still flickers no matter what; kinda like VXAO does in Rise of the Tomb Raider...
BTW: nGreedia should have put 8 GB of VRAM on the 980Ti because this becomes a limiting factor in quite a few cases, like in this game, but of course they've always been stingy with VRAM sizes...
