Shooting in Hidden City (Changing the Weather)

For a weird reason im not able to pull out my bow so I cant shoot the frog totems to complete the challenge. Is there some trick?

Figured it out, I was aiming at the totem not the rope above.

Thank you for your question AND answer. All these years later you’ve saved a girl on the other side of the planet from going crazy. If I found one more answer that said just look at it and aim and she will pull out the bow… well I was going to go postal. Not one mentioned aiming at the white rope thingy to pull it down!
