Achievements very bugged

Title says it all. Examples

Sixth Sense is just crazy. I started this session with 3, then it went to up to 5, then it went to 9, then it went down to 1! Now it's back up to 5 again, after multiple reloads and tons of guys killed.

That's a Knife - bought upgrade, then earned it during quest, no achievement

Good Samaritan - I always seem to be about 1 short - the number does not agree to the total in my list of completed sidequests

I"ve done 3 challenge tombs and got the achievement but when I look at the count on Steam it says I've only done 2. Not sure if I will get credit for all 9 or not.

Anyone else seeing this short of crazy stuff?

Got it all without encountering any bugs. There was some problem with the progress bar though for some achievements. When i finished my 3rd tomb, i look at the progress and it reads 2/9. But i didn't care and continue my game. After i finished my last tomb, the achievement for all tombs unlocked.

Hehe, without me doing a thing it just dropped to 6 on the status bar. Makes no sense whatsoever.

Even worse, I just stealth killed 4 guys and it dropped from 6 to 4.

Good news is that I did get Gunslinger to pop! :)

As I've noticed while I was playing is that the game reduces the number if you die or reload the area.
So you can't farm achievements in the same place with the same enemies.

About the tombs. The counter is really bugged (as for the treasure chest too), but you'll be able to unlock them as soon as you meet the requirements.

Ah, that must have been changed in a patch as I have seen videos with people farming the achievements in just one area. But that would be consistent with my experience, as I moved on to new areas the count started going up again.

Probably the videos you saw are from consoles. You can reload as much as you wish on them and it will count. Steam on the other hand manages it the "right" way.

Not true, i got all the combat achievements in one playthrough and some of those are done using re-load checkpoint like stealth kill, eagle talon, serpent's fury.

The game has enough places to get everything in one playthrough. I've never mentioned that we need a second one.

Maybe the counter resets only if we are playing on deadly obsession. That was my case. Maybe is Grifman's too.

About this one, you need to do the side quest in the upper region in Paititi (Where you go undercovered). There are 2 side missions that upgrades your knife. The first one is in the lower region in Paititi (the city itself), that I believe that is the one you did.

I don't know where you are story related. But this might be the case you haven't unlocked the achievement.
