Getting to run Shadow of the Tomb Raider Demo

(I wanted to post this in Tech support subforum but it wont allow me since i dont own the game)

I have just installed demo version but it wont even run. After initial VC++ installation, steam window shows up with error mentioning "simultaneous configuration" problem.

Event log says this:

Użyj narzędzia sxstrace.exe, aby uzyskać szczegółową diagnozę.

Using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. PC specs are not problem here since i meet them for sure. Im NOT using any antivirus programs, except Defender and system firewall.
Verifying game files doesnt help in anything.

Does this game writes any data to user Documents folder? Because i have custom path set for this folder and its on another partition.

It does write to the documents folder, yes.

Just a check, but you have also run the VCredist 2015 runtime installer too? Both 64 bit and 32 bit versions?

Yes, game installation process installed it for me, both 64 and 32 bit versions. I also did a "repair" installation of both in Control panel/Programs and functions but that didnt help either.

Is your windows 7 actually up to date? Possible the game needs something added in one of the service packs.

I might be wrong, but isn't it Win10 exclusive?

Yes, of course its up to date. And no, its running on 7, 8 and 10.

This error seems to be linked to the visual C++ 2008 runtime, try installing that too:
