i'm not sure what the hidden clue is but that's just how i got it.
ps. try to make the zoom level on default, maybe.
Just randomly move it around until you hear the chime sound, that means your close to the correct random viewing angle.
It does count towards 100% completion, which is still buggy.

Just chiming in two years later to add that it absolutely does NOT make sense to rotate a flat 2D plane in a way in which the subject that you're supposed to focus on gets distorted.
