First time playthrough, to get 100%: 44 hours.
Story and side-missions only: 13.5 (thirteen and a half) hours.
Each DLC: Not speedrunning, approximately 45 to 70 minutes for each DLC. And there's around 7 or 8 DLCs.
Detailed reply:
I uninstalled this game months ago, but with 120 hours on the clock, I think I have some idea of what I did.
I completed the game around 3 or 4 times, with various degrees of pace in each campaign.
Here's what I remember.
On my first campaign, it took me around 44 hours to complete it 100%, but there are three things to note here:
1) This was before the first DLC was released.
2) I (regretfully) grinded, in the sense that I would shoot random animals and collect loot to gain experience points, hoping to fully upgrade all weapons and skillsets, which, in hindsight, didn't turn out to be as useful as I thought.
3) First playthrough, so you're not going to know where everything is exactly. Understandably some collectables are going to be a bit harder to find. But in subsequent playthroughs, you'll already be familiar with just about everything.
Okay, anyway...
Then I did another playthrough, I wondered what it'd be like if I just did the main campaign, AND sidemissions, but I didn't bother with any collectables, and I wasn't speedrunning at all, just took things at my own relaxed pace. That took 13.5 hours, just for main story, and all side missions, to supplement what I felt was a rather short campaign in the first place. It made me realise that most of the time spent in this game is finding collectables which have no inherent value, other than getting Achievements.
DLCs:
There are around 7 or 8 DLCs or something. If you know you're not speedrunning (leisurely pace, cutscenes etc), then each DLC will take anywhere between 45 to maybe 70 minutes. The tombs of the DLCs themselves can all be completed in less than 10 minutes, as is evident by the Challenge Tombs section, outside the main game/campaign.
So... Yeah, the 120 hours or so that I spent on this game are from that 44-hour playthrough, another 13.5, and the remaining hours are from a few more playthroughs on higher difficulties and generally just mucking about in the game.
Hopefully that gave you some idea about the length of this game.
You can rush through, or take your time and root out every nook and cranny.
100 plus hours easy with all DLC.
I´m not sure how much time took me each one of those activities, I would bet for the 20 hours main game with side quests, 10 hours DLCs and 10 hours 100% completion.
