Will it be available for free also for the owners of the base game? Or just for the owners of the the Deluxe edition? And will the Remastered version include also all the DLCs of the Deluxe Edition? Thank you kindly

Will the remastered version run on Steam Deck? I just got the original as an addon on Kickstarter. I played it back then on my PS4 and would like to replay it on Steam Deck soon.

There's no new content or gameplay changes - mostly visual improvements and QoL changes :)
