Did Nacon or Frogware win?

I know Nacon was obviously in the wrong(when you fail to pay somebody in a contract, you are a thief) but who actually won? Is frogware getting any money from this version?

Nacon as they are the publisher of this version.
Origin version from Frogwares remains available til EA pull all 3rd party stuff.

Both the publisher and Developer get paid if you buy on steam. If you buy it on a different site it goes to the developer.

How to do you know they were wrong not to pay?
What if a milestone wasn't delivered?
What if it was delivered in such a poor state it could be considered a breach of contract?
How about refusing to deliver/stall?

"Obviously"? I could care less about any of this, as the game is on Steam... and whomever should be getting paid is getting paid. People moralizing about things they don't know or understand

Are the devs actually receiving money from the sales though? Do we know this for fact, or are you just assuming because Steam has allowed it back on the platform for sale.
