letters from oakmont - forlorn woman door won't open

I am playing on ps4 and I have this door with the h mark on the right place, but the door won't open.
did anyone have this problem ?

did all letters without any troubles.
are you sure this exacly same house as shown in walkthrough ? you could stamble on different doot which will open later in the game.
