The Boogie Wuz Here Achievement

I can't seem to get the achievement, I looked up several guides and followed all of them, even went out of my way to check every room for the red text but couldn't seem to find any more than the guides showed, I'm assuming it's hard to get since only 10% of the players have it? I this is the last achievement I need in the strange man series and I really need help please, thank you :)
