Apparently it is bugged currently. A lot of people, including myself, are having problems with unlocking the achievement. Non of the earlier mentioned methods seem to work.

Hey Uri, just today i managed to complete the game. Cool series, cool story, cool characters, cool voice actors, cool end game bonus levels, I love everything about this series! Great work <3

And I managed to unlock all achievements, so it's not a general problem.
