This game has been relaunched under the name Crystal Clash

Some people may not have seen the announcement but this game has been rereleased under the name Crystal Clash.

All of your previous progress was saved and transferred so you should be able to pick up from where you left off. The game's population is much more active as of the first week of the relaunch reaching 600-1000 player population (a big increase from the 14-20 before :). Hope to see you veterans soon.

From what I understand maintaining the servers was getting expensive to maintain without working with another company. They rebranded and relaunched the game.

There's lots of new players and more varied playstyles now since it doesn't take that long to learn how to play and get a decent set of strong units.

Possibly from a beginners standpoint. I'm invested in the gold tier play which seems to be the main competitive league for this game and in the past month 3 new end game strategies have come along, deep freeze marksmen, heart of forest swarm, double lothar and with much more adoption towards aggressive playstyles with cards like Relocate and Surge of light. This game definitely definitely REUSES pieces much how like in chess you always run a queen and rook, some units in the game are just as good, whereas others serve niches roles that you really gotta play around

If you're stuck anywhere under gold tier playing join the discord and there's many active players who will be glad to help. And if not we'll atleast you tried it, what I have enjoyed is that in the life time of this game there have still come along several strategies that have always technically existed but were never used until more recently.
