Why Is This Game Free-to-Play?

Spaceport Hope is kinda small compared with this game, and it cost at least the minimum price that you can place on Steam, I think it's $0,50. External Visions is huge, a lot of different biomes and places to go and explore; a huge amount of different enemies, and isn't that "change color" thing that developers usually do, they have different mechanics; a lot of different weapons and usable items, passive items, quests items; with more OSTs that I was expecting as well...

I simply don't get it, why is this game free-to-play? What drove you to choose to do a great game like this for free? We can see you didn't develop a simple game, it took time, effort and thinking to do it... Isn't like Flappy Bird that took 30 minutes and 16 lines of command to do... Why free-to-play?

Although I have never been part of the team, I appreciate your words/compassion, and would like to say to nót forget to review this game, and at least include something of these words in it Cheers!
