Major thanks to Gu4n for reporting the info to the English speaking fanbase! <3
Unless otherwise stated, these will all be from Gu4n's Twitter.
- "Juna, Kurt, Altina, Ash and Musse confirmed for Sen IV. Similar clothing, but more colourful. Musse is dressed most grown-up. Places in West Erebonia and Crossbell that didn't make it to III will also appear."
(Does this mean we're gonna get to see Jurai and North Ambria!? :D)Source
- "Altina's design in Sen no Kiseki IV." (Check Source to see image)
(I know I said that was the final warning up above, but this really is the last spoiler warning. The next quote contains implicit spoilers for a major moment at the end of Sen III)Source
- "The quote accompanying Altina reads: "'I will protect everyone' - It's her determination I inherited.""
- "Rean's absence affects Altina's mental growth. Musse distances herself from Juna and spearheads the Weissland Army, taking surprising actions."
- "Musse's design in Sen no Kiseki IV." (Check Source to see image)
- "Sen IV will also address how Ash resolves his inner conflict and wrap up events relating to Hamel. Kurt fights against the position his family is forced in. Tension between him and Cedric will be one of the highlights."
- "Forced to leave Rean alone in his tragic state, Juna will demonstrate how she can turn her natural cheerfulness into a weapon."
- "Rean is the protagonist proper. Situation regarding his heart, ogre power and father will be revealed. A new female character will make her appearance, as well as Crossbell's Entertainment District and Mishelam resort."
- "An older Elie will show up in a new outfit. There's still much more to reveal about the witches and their elder. Look forward to see what side Crow will pick. Situation in Erebonia might change now Renne shows up.(?)"
- "Why couldn't Estelle/Joshua help out in Erebonia in Sen III? Much more will be revealed about Enforcers, some will undergo drastic changes; other surprising one(s) will be revealed. Big revelations regarding Phantasmal Blaze Plan as part of Orpheus Final Plan."
(Small correction to the above info will be given in my next post.)Source

- "Most playable characters in the series to date, including Ouroboros members maybe. New Quartz, Lost Arts-like things, special situational battles. Scenario is slightly smaller than III."
(I'm a little sad the scenario is slighty smaller than III, but I'm happy to hear this will have the largest playable cast yet. And that Ouroboros members might be playable! I'm gonna throw out a quick prediction that we will get a playable Vita and Bleublanc and that they will be the ones we will open the game with, possibly rescuing Rean?)Source
- "All threads regarding Erebonia will be resolved at the end of the game, including Olivert's fate. Ouroboros core mysterious will be carried over to the next Kiseki."
(These next two are from Omgfloofy's Twitter, so major thanks to her as well! <3)Source
- "There are several things in the information that's out that states that everyone has been split up after the ending of Sen III. Adds that Kurt wakes up in an unknown place. (aka, a new map.)"
- "It seems that Ash will begin with XXXX, who (I'm struggling on this) either rescued him or was rescued with him. (The name is actually censored.) And will be talks about the mystery of the three survivors. (Corrected.)"
(My random thought is that the censored name is Vita's, but I guess we'll see.)Source

- "Small rectification/addition: We know why Estelle (and Joshua) didn't come to Erebonia in Sen III, but it remains to be seen whether that still applies for Sen IV. Consider that a teaser."
- "Magazine scans. Also a screencap of the Sen no Kiseki Magazine Vol. 3 cover. (1/2)" (Check Source to see)
- "(2/2)" (Check Source to see image)
- "The new areas look plenty fascinating. Top-left is probably Grenville, bottom-left mentions Zemuria's ancient civilisation."
(I think that artwork on the bottom of the first page there is absolutely fantastic! And is that Rean in the bottom right... and bottom left as well?)Source

Crow can pick sides? :O
New Kiseki trilogy confirmed?
Well we will have to see if he will work with the other Awakeners, or if he'll help New Class VII and/or Rean.
I mean, we already know there will be a Calvard Arc (I believe they will be trying to keep that Arc to 2 games) and there's no way they could/would wrap it up in this one game. He's saying Ouroboros (and their core mysteries) will continue into the next Arc. I think it's a pretty safe bet to assume Ouroboros won't be going anywhere until the last game(s) in the Trails Series.
At the very least, I think CS IV is shaping up to possibly be the best game in the series, so you deifnitely have that to look forward to! ;)
No like my latest knowledge of Crow was that at the end of CS2 he sacrified himself and in CS3 he might have come back as Siegfried but can't really be sure but that's all I knew, so it's a surprise they talk about what side he picks :D

EDIT: Correction made to last quote. Thanks, Komorebi!
CHARACTERS---
Juna Crawford (Nao Touyama)
Seemingly different from the previous game. Screenshots depict her teamed up with Kurt.
She doesn't want to leave 'that person' behind.
Kurt Vander (Takuya Eguchi)
Split away from the others and wakes up in an unknown place.
Feels that he owes a debt to 'that person.'
Altina Orion (Inori Minase)
Seems as if she is falling into despair after the previous game....?
Musse Egret (Ami Koshimizu)
She created the Weissland Army to oppose the prime minister. She is appearing on stage alongside Aurelia and Clotilde.
Ash Carbide (Tomoaki Maeno)
Rescued from the Weissland Army after his capture in the previous game, but afterwards...
LOCATIONS---
Western Erebonia, Crossbell's Entertainment District, and Mishelam Wonderland are all shown.
INTERVIEW---
(There are two interviews referenced here.)
Interview 1:
* Juna will be driven by her characteristic cheerfulness, and the military's relationship with Crossbell will be explored in depth.
* Kurt will be opposing both his family's duty and the Crown Prince, and will have to stand up against it.
* Kondo mentions that he wants people to pay attention to Altina's emotional growth.
* Musse is distancing herself from the others of Class VII, and will have some surprising actions.
*
* Reveals on the Hamel incident will be concluded.
* This game will have the most battle characters and guest characters of the series.
* You will have a close-up view of Crossbell in this title, and you will be able to visit locations from Zero and Ao.
* You will also be visiting other areas in the Empire.
* There are four sketches of new maps for the game. (Ancient ruins, abandoned building, path on a forest, and mysterious devices)
DPS Interview:
* What originally started as two titles has turned into four. [This appears to be gratitude for the users who have come along with them.]
* Juna isn't returning to Crossbell, and that she believes Rean is the key to the circumstances happening around them.
* [Kondo] reveals that Kurt wakes up in an unknown place.
* [Kondo also] points out to pay attention to the Altina's emotional state.
* Ash will be facing up against his trauma. Why there are three survivors of Hamel will be explained.
* Musse will have a surprising scene, depicting something from the previous game.
* Rean may be captive, but he's still the protagonist. However, the story will start by depicting what is happening with his students.
* Rean is still the central individual of the story, and his mysteries will be explained.
* Elie will make her appearance when the time is right, and will have new clothes.
* There's still more to come regarding Roselia.
* Crow's appearance from Siegfried will not change, but [you] will want to pay attention to the side he picks.
* Renne is appearing, and her arrival will change the story's progression.
* Estelle and Joshua not being in the Empire will be explained, but what will come from that as a result?
* Duvalie is one of the Ouroboros members who may have a change in her way of though. Along with this turning point, she will be reaching out to other characters.
* A large part of the Phantasmal Blaze Plan will be revealed.
* Aurelia and Clotilde have an important position [to the story]. On the surface, Aurelia is the supreme commander of the Weissland Army, while Clotilde is in the shadows.
* This game will have a lot of party members. You will be surprised by some of the people joining the party.
* The system is fundamentally the same as what was in Sen no Kiseki III, but additions have been made to the order system.
* There have been more modifications made to the divine knight battle system.
* While the main scenario is slightly smaller than Sen no Kiseki III's, the game will take more time to play.
* All factors with the Empire that have been run from Sora/Sky to Sen/Cold Steel will be concluded. There will be other issues that will not be resolved and continue on through the rest of the Kiseki series.
* If we fail here then the 5 years of Sen will become a waste so we want to properly end it."
( "the game will take more time to play." Reading this made me very happy! :) )
Also, sounds like the story is gonna be shorter, but the combined gameplay content is gonna make it longer than Sen 3.
- "Ash in Hamel"
- "[Sen Mag Vol III] The Emblem on Juna's jacket says "Never Give Up", it has no meaning beyond that."
- "[Sen Mag Vol III] Millium will appear in some form. [[Sword? Or something else? doesn't specify]]"
- "[Sen Mag Vol III] The beginning of IV connects directly to the end of III"
- "[Sen Mag Vol III] The new orange haired character is not Erebonian" (Check Source to see image)
- "[Sen Mag Vol III] Sen IV will be focusing on the west side of Erebonia as with Sen III, but will feature many locations not in III"
(Hmm, I was really hoping we would get to visit Eastern Erebonia and maybe be able to travel the whole nation. But I suppose nothing rules out that we may still be able to visit the East -- just with a bigger focus on the West. At the very least, we have those new locations to look forward to!)Source

(When they say "dearly missed" I think of (Crossbell Spoilers) Luciola, but I can't imagine why we would need to fight them.)
Don't forget Kevin, he is a protaganist too. He fishes too. Also loves stregas.
