How long is this game?

I could check HLTB but I dunno how accurate this site is. Personally I've read that CS 2 is longer than the first which IMO is very good because the longer the better :)

It's about the same length. Maybe a little longer or shorter depending on the player.

I have over 100 hours clocked in CS1 because I'm talking to every NPC a couple of times and having a real blast. Besides, it'd be a bummer to finish CS2 too fast because the wait for CS3 may or may not be long :)

Main game story line 30 hours.

If you focus only on the story(I don't advise it) you can finish it under 40 hours. If you play it ike a normal kiseki game though(all side quests, talking to all NPCs, all bonus bosses, reading books ect) you're looking at 70 to 100 hours.
