It's highly recommended to take advantage of these buffs in boss battles, it makes a huge difference.
Well not really. You obviously don't wanna lose your 50% buff and buffs can wear off very quickly especially since in these games you get at least 5 turns before the enemy gets a single one (or you can get infinite turns if you just spam delay since it works one verything which is a problem.) so you usually end up having one character doing nothing but buffing others (or doing some other buff)
Lv 152 Rean Setup:
Murakumo Master Quartz (Bossing, Force for sweeping trash)+ Ice Crown + Warrior's Handbook + Hiou = 100% crit chance 2.5x dmg
Domination -Carnage - Mars Gem - Skanda Gem - Aeolus Gem - Rakshasha - Waterfall - Atk 3
100% Accuracy, though I can drop Aeolus for more STR it just annoys me when it misses at 50% acc so I put the Aeolus Gem there.
