Pc Version
I dropped ps4 pro version after 4 hours because fps started to drop in all locations and xseed rejected to fix it(due to original japanese version still has same lags and fps drops on ps4 pro). PC version doesnt have any of this problems?

Even worse xseed no longer handles it, it got passed to NISA.
The good news is there is no save transfer between tocs 2 and 3 so the only difference will be on performance

I had no problems with CS1 or 2 on PC at 1920 x 1200 (used a Nvidia GTX 670). I upgraded to a Radeon RX 580 and it still ran fine. However, if I run the game at 4k resolution, the FPS will depend on how much is going on in the scene. Buttery smooth 60 FPS in some areas, 50-40 FPS in others. Nothing below 40.

I had no problems with the game even on extremely underpowered hardware (AMD FX-8320E with a RX 470 GPU!). Game ran smoothly on the machine at 1920x1080, although I admit that I have AA disabled completely, and when I'm streaming I have the graphics capped to 30fps (I'm running a two PC streaming workflow with video sent from my gaming PC to the stream ingest PC via NDI, and the second PC is a potato that chokes up at NDI streams higher than 720p30. I leave the game at 60fps the stream's audio would desynchronize and the video would become choppy). I have another friend who even runs the game on a potato laptop with Intel Integrated graphics. So yeah, I think there must be a problem with the PS4 version. Considering that the PS4 version is a recursive port of the PC version tho, it might be an issue with Falcom's backported code.
