Is there any way to get Toval's accessory?

I just really want that Quick Caliber accessory but I can't remove it. Is there any way for me to get it later?

Nope. It's a Toval exclusive item. It's basically the only thing that makes Toval not just be one of the worst playable party members. Allowing others to have it would be awesome, but it would really make Toval easily forgettable.

Sort-of, yes. Get your link level with Toval to at least 3, and make sure it stays above your link level with the other two candidates, and you'll get a version of it at the start of Act 2. If someone else's link level is higher, you get their accessory instead.

Stabbey gave you the answer. You cannot get Toval's accessory itself.
But you can get a slightly weaker version of it(1/3 cast time reduction) If his Link Exp is higher than the other two adult characters by start of Act 2.

Hard to tell what do you get if everyone maxed. Probably the person you used most, since I don't think you can get them all at once.

I don't know, but good luck getting that to happen, since the game doesn't provide you with the exact numbers, so it's unlikely you'll get that to happen either by accident or design.
