Activation code after purchase

Hi,

Can not run the simulator, you need a code even after the purchase!
Activation via the website does not work!
Where to find the code?

We have a known bug where attempting to activate while logged in as a non-admin user fails. I've posted a workaround here.

If that does not get you going, could you tell me the exact error message that you're getting?

OK, thanks. It sounds like your machine is not able to reach our servers. Could you check to make sure that your internet connection is fully working and your firewall isn't blocking communication?

I also had privious versions of RF and i remember i had to activate before running the program, and now i purchased the RF8 from steam and i did not get any activation code nither i had problem running the app, i just run it and use my interlink radio control from previous RF 7 and it works fine, im not sure if i need to register or activate this new RF8 as it works fine, but please let me know if i should get my code and register

No, it sounds like your copy is working as expected. On Steam, the activation process should be automatic and it will not prompt you for a serial number.

If RealFlight fails to activate, you'll see a window that starts with:
"RealFlight was unable to activate. You must activate it manually before it will run"

Is that what you're seeing? If so, then please send me a private message with the numbers from that dialog, and I can send you an activation code.

That won't solve the mystery of why you can't get to our server, but it will get you flying. Activation only happens once.

On our forums, you said that the website didn't work. Does that mean it doesn't load at all, or that it loads but doesn't give you an activation code?
