Quirk Special 3?

On the loading screens the hint pop up and I've been seeing something about Quirk Special 3. To activate it, you need to use quirk special 2 and tilt but I've never seen it happen. Is this a real thing or did they just add a fake hint?

It is very much real, few of these are:
Shigaraki's death grab, Aizawas quirk erasure grab, etc.
(left joystick+b on xbox controller)
