I have also seen another person contact them but I thought I might as well post this if it helps at all. This is what they had to say when I emailed them over the weekend about the disconnection issues with online multiplayer:

We are aware of this and we are gathering information to try to figure out the source of the malfunction. Soon we will have an overall understanding of this connection-issue and we will take actions towards a solution. The community is so important, we are collecting data from the experiences of our players.

This is a really good thread, we will communicate it immediately to our devs teams. It seems to be a probable source of the issue but we can't be sure at the moment. Our developers are simulating the issue too, we hope that soon we will have some news about it.

Yep ... Pretty much... And avoiding giving answers will only complicate things. Cuz, atm, they even removed the game from being puchaseable, without giving an official statement.

You can actually buy it atm. it was only down for about maybe a day and someone in another discussion said that it was a "bug"

You can actually buy it atm. it was only down for about maybe a day and someone in another discussion said that it was a "bug"

But he never brought a good source that said it was a "bug". BandaiNamco has twittered that this game got an update but it its probably only ps4 and switch (cause we didnt get any update on pc as of yet)

Yea. That's another thing I've questioned myself... They posted an update for the game and didn't even stated what platform was it affecting... That leaved me confused... Are they expecting people to guess? lol....

So they pulled through, huh? That's awesome! Thanks so much again to dxichi, Twitch.tv Whoa_LP, and Artwork for having a hand in figuring out the processor incompatibility issue, contacting the devs for support, or both in order to speed up the release of the patch. :)
