No audio through Laptop internal speakers

no matter wat i do i cant get the audio to play through my laptops internal speakers or wired headsets. the sound only comes through when i plug in my usb turtlebeach headsets

Have you checked to see what your default device is set to in windows's audio properties menu? It's kinda janky on win10 after the update a while back moved things around. I suspect the game looks for what windows has set as default and that might currently be USB. You can go to your control panel or "settings" menu, then SYSTEM, then SOUND and choose output device. If that wont do it, try looking for the "SOUND CONTROL PANEL" button on the right of that screen or right click your volume speaker icon down near the clock and open it that way and check your settings there to see which is enabled and which is set to default. I have 8 different devices listed there that windows remembers that can be used as audio outputs so that can be a mess. You'll want "speakers" set to default I believe.
Keep this in mind if you suddenly have the reverse problem. The last time I used USB headsets I kept having to switch that setting in windows so you might have to go in and switch it back when you do use your headphones.
