Report a translation problem
In fact this problem seems (same problem on another game) to hapen with too recent generation of Intel CPU (11th & more).
That's also why I'll boycott the next version of this game (TH 2)

This also happened to many other games using UE, including PAVLOV.
Good news is that there's an easy fix to the problem:

It's done in under 1 minute and has no side effects at all.
In case the Google Doc disappears, the magic is adding a new system environment variable!
Variable name: OPENSSL_ia32cap
Variable value: ~0x200000200000000
