Game does not play in English after May update

I just downloaded the latest update (bug in the "Germany" map). After that, the game only plays in German. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but still only get German.

Hallo Valdy, da stimmt was mit den Einstellungen der Sprache nicht. Ich habe den Patch erst mal kurz deaktiviert, damit solltest du erst einmal die richtige Sprache zurück bekommen. In der zwischenzeit löse ich das Problem. ;)

Which version do you use? Windows, Linux or Mac?

I use Windows 10 - 64-bit.
