You are nuts or what? This forums are dead and XignCode ERR: E0191009 is well known error with your anti cheat because XignCode tries to inject files on your C:\Windows drive for constant scan of the usage of 3rd party software like Cheat Engine. You need to take ownership of the whole C: drive, be an administrator of computer, and also give access to execute, write and read to XignCode in order to have it function properly.

XignCode is very efficient anti cheat, very hard to bypass, but at the same time ITS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cancer for regular users.

I've finally managed to fix this stupid ♥♥♥♥. What I did? I don't even know because I did like 12 different things, but I will try to list all of them:
Run Steam as admin always!
Go to Scion of fate folder and make all .exe files to run as administrator
Take ownership of C: drive and give full control to your administrator account
Go to firewall and exclude all XignCode folders.
Go to your anti virus and exclude all folders from protection, and also if you can add exclusion by file type, add .xem file type to exclusions
Finally go to Folder with the game and than find XignCode folder, find file named xcorona_x64.xem, copy it somewhere just in case, and the file itself rename to for example xcorona_x64.xemold. This will cause XignCode to re-download some files, and It should work, at least it worked for me.
