Report a translation problem
The only clue is in how you found the first one. The second one is after the checkpoint, just like every other level's structure. It's definitely the most hidden thing in the whole game.

You noticed that you can start switching earlier in that level now that glowtonium is unlocked (during the beginning part that used to be a locked demonstration). And, you noticed that you have to high jump to get it. If you can start switching earlier in the level, then that also means that you can get more total switches in during the level...
The more players/controllers you have the easier this will be.
Mash the switch button for every character *as much as you can throughout the entire level*.
It'll be easier if you start from the beginning and not the checkpoint.
And then look for the last Glowtonium trophy where you would have expected it to be... towards the top of the screen right before the ending zigzag. You may still need to do high jumps to get it.
Please devs, here are so many people having much trouble with it and nobody wrote that he cound find it.
