ERROR (12)

Hey this morning i tried to open zula but it wont open when im trying to open it it says error 12 and Error : could not open request try again.
I repaired the game from steam but it didnt did anything , i even uninstall it and download it again but nothing. Please if somebody knows anything feel free to speak. Thank you.

I think devs works on something, because this game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bugged you cant imagine bro. I think this game has no feature for "Global/Europe". This game sucks. Spend a lot of hours in game, im so disappointed.
