Again, in order for you to receive help to fix your issue you have to reach out to support and/or share your issue with community on discord. If it is issue on game's side you have to report it in order for it to be fixed.
You can also access discord link by opening Zula Launcher and in top right there is a discord icon (Note that this does not appear when launched from steam).
