You don't need to exit VR. Just take your headset off for half a second, or use the pass-thru feature every headset worth anything has long enough to hit a key on the keyboard.

Ninja Theory is hard at work on Hellblade 2, so let's let them work on that and deal with this incredibly minor inconvenience, ourselves.

the oculus controllers don't work very well, i think the game expects a gamepad

I found that you can use Alt + Tab key to change your PC (windows) to the Hellblade screen，then you press "End" key (PC keyboard)，you will found it works!!! you will never stuck at the earphone screen.... (I use Quest 3)

is theres a way without pressing the end key? i find it annoying that i had to reach for my keyboard end key everytime i have to play

See my post here. You can set whatever keybind you want in that config file.
