Save game allows for switching between modes?

Want my wife to play this in VR, but seeing as she's susceptible to sim sickness, will she be able to play on a monitor using the same save game?

Hi, Hellblade VR and Hellblade are two separate games that have two separate save files. I'm afraid you won't be able to continue progress from one to the other.

Actually, you can.

The save folders are located in
C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\HellbladeGame\Saved

You can manually move the save file from the \SaveGames_VR folder to the \SaveGames folder or vice versa. If you want them to syncronize automatically, you can create a symbolic link of one of the folders and rename it to the other. That way, there will really be one shared save file between the two versions of the game.

This does work. If it doesn't you can look for sav files in the vr version and find the chapter and such you are on

It now doesn't. It looks like the two sav files are using different unreal engine versions.
