As far as we know, there is only one ending: You're doomed to hand over the harp and repeat the madness. There are hints throughout the game that this is a repeating nightmare for Lin (the player). One the clues is mentioned in a lore book discussing the Norns punishing mortals by making them repeat over and over again--which is what happens to you--until they atone.
