[FIX] Get rid of 62 fps cap

C:\Users\"USER"\AppData\Local\Unforgiving\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Add this to Engine.ini:
[/script/engine.engine]
bSmoothFrameRate=false

This is old, but the engine does NOT work with this fix, as with to many old unreal engine games. Later in the game, there are some creatures, which you will not be able to pass, if your frame rate is above 60. Mine was about 90.. Died 10 times. When fixing frame rate, it was very easy to pass the creatures. So beware.
