How to level skills?

As title I have a few disks but theres no indication of where to go

Press K for skill panel, then click the skill you want and press raise level.

Thieme is pretty much 100% although you need skill disks from lower floors to raise your skills to a higher level. i believe its every "boss chunk" has a new level of skill disk i.e. floor 1 - 4 = lvl 2 disk. 5 - 9 lvl 3 disk. 10 - 14 lvl 4 disk. 15 - 19 lvl 5 disk

the numbers / floors are probably wrong as its recall memory from my first playthrough but you should get the gist

when i press K - there is nothing ... how can i use this DISC´S? i find no way?

Once you learn your very first skill "K" button start to work.

Enter mystery portal and beat your foe then choose skill box as a reward open and use it.After you'll be able to view,set,lvl up your skills through K button

Please read above.You need to learn your first skill to be able to press K

You have to get a skill box, u get them from doing the teleporter challenges

ok - i have it now -- b4 i got only different colored disks, this are only for upgrades
now i got some boxes -- all good

well this is a weird discussion because skill disks only come out of skill boxes and skill boxes always come with a random skill.... you must have misplaced the skill it gave you at some point if you have skill disks
