The dev chicken sells for tons of money when the fat level is high, and the chef chicken gives chickens fat.
Just get a developer chicken and surround it with 4 chefs to get the dev's fat level to the maximum, then sell the dev chicken and a few other chickens and buy many more dev chickens.
