What's the difference between this, Duck Season PC, and Duck Season?
I'm assuming they're exactly the same but I want to be certain.

The PC version means anyone can play it. The other one is a VR only game.
Alright thank you.

making it a separate game is kind of dumb AF. Should have just made the VR game have a NON-VR mode. not buying either one now as I dont like supporting bad business practices (I have a VIVE and i preordered an Index)

It is dumb but it still gets done. Look at Skyrim and fallout 4 vr

Yeah, I don't see why it's 2 separate products.

They couldn't make the control inputs modular, to co-exist in a singular game? How much of the game has changed from VR to Non-VR?

1. The hands stay mostly stationary, and you can interact from a distance now.
2. The reticule is glued to the center of your screen instead of the hand.

Those are the 2 major differences that I see. And yet I see nothing in either of those that would require making 2 completely separate products. Other than not wanting to do the equivalent of a .batch file menu to load one or the other from the in game menu.

That would be better yet. Just have an initial launcher such that Skyrim has, that will handle picking and choosing VR or Non-VR. But that would certainly be better and more consistent than having 2 completely seperate products for 1 game. Making the 2 products like this, still pushes the notion that VR is NOT PC gaming and can't co-exist. But it is and it can.
Yeah agreed but the devs make more moeny selling two separate products. How many VR copies were sold? I didn't buy the VR version for some reason. Is it room scale standing?
