You'll need to use a team of only crystal tem to unlock it, but if it hasn't changed too much you should be able to clear this using a team consisting of mostly newly caught bunbun
There's other, higher level shrines as you progress with the Earth Shrine on Kisiwa being the most popular one to use if you don't have access to the Melee Shrine on Arbury, which is the highest level one. Although depending on what you got at higher levels the Water, Fire, and Digital shrines on Deniz, Omniseia, and Cipanku, respectively, are also options too.
The first shrine you can unlock is the Crystal one, it's in Tucma but you'll have to keep playing until you get the rock-hopping gear that you'll need to access the shrine. The Crystal shrine is in the east of the Tucma surface: Surfacehttps://temtem.wiki.gg/images/6/60/Corrupted_Badlands_area6.png
To unlock the shrine, you'll have to use a squad full of crystal temtem and defeat the trainers. You can use random crystal temtem (no need to level them up for this) and go back to heal between battles (or use the Temessence phial).
