Did XP granted at the Crystal Shrine go down recently?

Only a couple of days ago (December 3, 2024), I swear I can recall getting over 4,000 XP for my lower level tems each time I defeated a level 50+ Zenoreth. Now it seems to be halved.

Has anyone else encountered this? If so, did the developers ship a patch release overnight or something? Is this affecting any other tem encounters or shrines?

If your Temtem are higher level than the Temtem they KO, you will get an EXP penalty.
If more Temtem are involved in a fight, the EXP will be split between all of them resulting in less EXP per Temtem.
