How am I supposed to find temtem locations and what their weaknesses are without a wiki?

I haven't played the game since like, it came out due to how disappointed I was. Coming back and having some fun with it but also some frustrations with the battle. When I encounter a new Tem or one that I haven't caught yet, I can't really tell what their type or how to counter them.

I think most of it depends on the design of the Tems. From this you can often tell in which direction their types are going.

In my opinion, the fights in TemTem are also harder than those in the counterpart.

by doing what we use to do, explore everything and find stuff out for ourselves. Back in the day you had guide books from the developers or just figured stuff out yourself

Doing that sucks when there are specifics tems that have a 5% spawn rate in very specific parts of the map that your going to walk over maybe a couple times for a few minute.

I'm playing the game with a complete map and a table chart on my second screen, I could not be bothered to play without those (don't have the patience anymore for exploration and trial and error).

That's why the wiki exists LOL! The game has many frustrating parts with lack of a real satisfying pve endgame the WIKI is generally very good for a game!
