Water Synthesizer, Toxic Shower, Shuine's Horn - has something broken on one or more of these?

Hi, I haven't played in a little while, but came back to see what the current event entails. I've just embarked upon the quest 'Coda: Shadow & Flame', and have noticed that when my Platimous equipped with Shuine's Horn uses Toxic Shower, if my Cycrox with the Water Synthesizer trait is in play, it takes damage rather than healing from the technique. As far as I've understood it from the descriptions, the old behaviour was correct. Has a recent change broken this functionality somehow?

Shuine's Horn is currently bugged and will be fixed ASAP. It's been bugged since the most recent season start, and we have a patch rolling out tomorrow that might fix it.
