Passive scam or incompetent devs?

today I finished the game's main campaign, I started a few days ago, my knowledge of the game is little or almost nil, I learned some things in practice, others I needed because the game doesn't give you the information, I hate that, having to search outside of the game because inside the information system is terrible.
But let's get to the facts, I managed to gather 140 thousand, I learned to breed, I managed to do it almost perfect twice, but I don't know about prices and the market, even so I managed to make some sales and buy others, but today I saw an egg the sale with a possible chance of 4 status 50, the price was 50k, I thought why would that price be, it was the creation of 2 specials in the game, I went there and bought it on the spot, after all 2 specials have to be special right? the game didn't warn me about having a chance or not coming on sale or even in the egg, it certainly is!.
and to my displeasure, the egg came ♥♥♥♥ and didn't come special", if I put it on sale I wouldn't sell it for 5 thousand.
I would like to thank the devs for leaving their brains at home before going to work, yes I am being rude, if I work in a company and do something like that I get fired instantly, some devs have the problem of thinking that everyone will know about it everything about everything, or who are in communities to ask questions all the time and do not take the basics into account, these things must be informed first hand, an upper case in the egg informing that it has only a 1% chance of coming special would make me DON'T BUY THE DAMN EGG, because as a new player it's a waste, and again congratulations, and even before enjoying the game I already lost the will to play, if you want to hire me I'll show you the countless number of problems that can be corrected by ... TL:DR - Dude got mad he bought an egg with two luma parents and they got a non-luma hatch

this is why you ask in future instead of just assuming and then getting mad at your lack of research, lesson learned, good to know you yourself left your brain at home in that moment

if you could get 100% luma hatch chance then luma's would legit be everywhere and ruin the game, not even Pokemon does this so why expect it here

Howdy! You are correct that there is no indication in game in how luma eggs work (at least, none to my memory). That's true, and maybe in the future we can make an adjustment to making that more clear!

However, you also bought something extremely expensive without doing researching into how something works. There is clearly some sort of value in what you purchased... lots of people purchase those eggs every day, but you purchased it without doing any research into what you were purchasing. This wouldn't have taken a tutorial video, but instead a simple wiki search if you weren't sure.
