Temtem Plus made me quit the game

I'm just writing this up for someone who cares about this kind of issue. Already tried to contact Crema through email, but I didn't even received a response.

Earlier this year I've purchased a PS5, and I got very interested on playing Temtem in the console. At this point, I already had purchased Temtem in steam for R$ 75 (brazilian currency). I haven't progress much on Steam so I took another purchase on the PS5 which is R$ 224.

The PS PLUS was not in my account, so the purchase was done on my colleague profile. I played normally on my own profile using Family Sharing, which I never tought to be a problem.

Now, I've selled the PS5 but can't transfer my save to the Steam account, even the game having the crossplay and cross-save features. In order to do transfer, I need to spend an additional R$ 110. Which looks a lot for just a simple a feature.

Crema stated in the announcement channels that they were charging this amount to prevent secondary accounts just for trading Tems or doing something bad. Well, that's not my case, and it still seems a lot of money.

Well, I'm just following the natural order of the things and quit the game, as I'm not interested in spending additional money on something that Crema could have done better or just provide support for the people that already play it's game. Maybe I come back next year when I'm in the mood for going through all the campaign again.
