For what do i use it? All Tems are Catchable with the normal Cards or i can evolve it. so, for what use the 2 X Cards?

Specifically, save it for a shrine luma. The 3rd stage evolutions at shrines can only be caught with temcard x.

Temcard X has 100% catchrate, even able to catch 3rd stages. It's your masterball, but you're free to use it on anything - there is no Temtem that is too crazy. That said, I recommend saving it for when you forgot to restock on Temcards and you have the luma Temtem of your dreams in front of you.

Is it proven that Luma/Umbra 3rd stage evolutions won't spawn aka in shrines? Or is this a "just trust me, bro." sort of thing? Wanted to know if anyone had a differing experience, or some tangible proof to go off of regarding this topic.

"Untamed Temtem with a catch rate of 0, i.e. all third-stage evolutions, cannot be captured and will not appear as Luma. Note that Luma Temtem will also not appear shortly before a server reset or maintenance, from the moment the associated notification icon appears."

Thanks. I originally played in very early days before Temcard X existed (and recently came back) and I guess there was some disparity on my end thinking the line "cannot be captured" needed updating or something, since technically, they can be caught. I think the crystal shrine had been the only one that existed then if memory serves me correctly, so wasn't sure if this was some legacy wiki entry or whatever. It would be cost-effective to farm drops for X cards from certain shrines if they did spawn though, but I guess crema couldn't have that stand.
