- Saipark during luma weeks. For example, right now there's an increased chance for luma Ampling (x4) and Ob1 (x4). To visit the Saipark you'll have to obtain the rock-hopping hook first (you'll get it at some point during the story).
- Radars. They can give you x5 and x10 luma chances, but they'll break after 400 encounters (or earlier if you break the chain). You get radars from dojo rematches that you can do a week after beating a dojo leader. The battles are quite challenging.
- Breeding lumas will also increase the chances. If there's one luma parent, the luma chance is 1/1,000, if both parents are luma, the chances are 1/100. You can breed lumas once you have them or buy luma eggs from other players.
- If you don't care about finding and catching the luma yourself, you can also buy a luma from other players using the new trade house or by trading with another player directly. Keep in mind that you won't be able to increase the SVs of tems that you haven't caught or hatched yourself.
That was a while ago though, reset my character twice since then.
Tbh i'm more focused on getting good tems with maxed stats, specially since I found out that 2 luma's breeding doesn't guarantee a luma offspring.. with the limited breeding per Tem that has greatly diminished my interest in Lumas tbh.
I'd rather have a perfect 50 in all stats.
