Matter-transfer drone
I can't use the Matter-transfer drone to teleport to previous locations. Is this something done on purpose or a bug that I should report? Is anybody else getting a similar problem?

If you recently arrived at Arbury, it's on purpose. You'll have to keep doing the main story until it works again.
