The first shrine is crystal, second is earth, third is water, fourth is fire and fifth is digital.
The crystal shrine is located on the third is just due east of the crash site. You'll need the rock jumper hook to reach it.
The earth shrine is located in the tunnel from the desert to the second village on kisawa.
The water shrine is located in the caves on the first island, ut you'll need rock climbing gear to access it.
The fire shrine is in the volcano on the second island and requires rock climbing gear and crystal skates.
The digital shrine is in the first city on cipanku, and has a quest you need to follow first that takes you further in the story.
Hope this helps a little.
If you struggle with the 4th island dojo, a tip I can give is to heads back to tucma and catch a Saku. It learn narcoleptic hit which is a mental move that puts itself to sleep but does a lot of damage to the target. Plus it is a nature wind type so it should be able to take most hits from that dojo. Also use a barnsley if you have one.
Remember, you can go back to Tucma using your rock-hopping hook if you want to level up at the Crystal shrine, which is the only shrine you can access at this point.
For the Vumbi dojo, it's easier if you have one or two strong mental temtems, as well as some water, nature or melee temtems.
