Tortenite's Confined trait

Uhm. Is it me or does this trait kinda suck. I mean... the only move that tortenite can learn that applies trapped to itself is "Cage". And cage isnt useful in PvE content.
So I want to ask competitive players: it cage even useful in PvP?

I think this trait should be reworked b/c compared to the efficient trait, this one just doesnt do much.

for PvE "Cage" is spend 23 stamina to get +Def +SpDef but you also trap both of your tems. That doesnt seem worth it to me.Trapping AI tems does literally nothing since they dont swap out tems. And you are preventing yourself from swapping which can be bad.

I think cage is good in pvp, say you lead with Tortenite and another tem thats super effective against one of the 2 of the enemy and they try to switch, they waste a turn and you blast them with 2x, so yeah its situational but good
