Temtem

Do Luma rates reset if you exit the game?
Self explanatory. I already know the wild encounter rate is 1/6000, that being said the more you encounter the higher chances of a luma. but if you exit the game does this reset?

edit: aight so thats. not how the rates work so nvm

You could technically encounter a million temtem and never see a luma if you were just astronomically unlucky.

Edit: just imagine the game rolling a 6000 sided die for every encounter and if it rolls a 1 it's a luma.

I hope they add a unlucky counter like in other games where if you never get a legendary item the game increases your odds slightly to compensate for the time duration.
I mean call me crazy but more than 1 week of no Luma to any player would feel pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
How about a month?

They won't add that.

They already said there will be events (weekends) where certain lumas will have increased spawn rates.

I agree that they should but fixed or more reliable rates are less psychologically addicting so I'd imagine they would avoid them for that reason.
