It's ridiculous. We purchased the game and it said family sharing was enabled. Then a week later, because yall cant figure out how to stop illegal trades, you disable the account and now my nephew loves the game but cant play his account anymore? Shady as hell.

Yeah kinda lame considering my daughter was able to play around with her own account and now im forced to buy another copy just for her to play a game that is already overpriced for what we get.

Its really a bad move from them! no warnings nothing just deaktivating the accounts. i didnt even get a reply on my email that i have sended to the support like one week ago, if that how they treat their customers then they wont last long.

Just noticed that

Yea, noticed that as well. If i would buy the game, would i have still access to my current Character/account?

I was actually planning on buying the game myself during a sale and hubby just said he was planning to get it on valentine's day regardless whether it was on sale or not. Was just getting a start on temtems and wanted to complete the story. But now, no thanks.

I'll wait it out though and hopefully this is just a bug or something that they did without realizing it would harm some customers. Hopefully, they'll reverse this bs. ^_^

My only guess is for the same reason this happened in another game I play. Because cheaters.
When I bought it, it said it could be shared by my family, but now it's not. I feel that

And for the devs to completely get rid of Family Sharing, is ludicrous.
Quite many multiplayer games, such as PUBG as example have disabled their family share due to cheaters and hackers.

It's shame when few bad apples ruin things for honest players.

Yeah, just ask a friend who bought the game legittmately to family share with you and boom, you have the game for free and you can cheat all you want with no fear of getting banned, since they didn't pay, they don't care.

If someone gets banned in a game through family share, the user who actually owns the game ALSO gets banned. That's why it's a good idea not to family share with friends and if you are, better make sure they are practically family and basically live with you. So.. it doesn't make sense that cheaters are using family share.

I don't like family sharing, never did. Playing with leeches that get their friend's account is ridiculous. Want the game? Pay for it, very simple.

You have an odd superiority complex over owning cheap products.
It's so cheap, and yet you'd rather not play the game anymore than actually buying the product.

I was fine trying it out in it's current state, but it's way too limited for $40.

Since it's so cheap, feel free to gift it to me.
Too limited but you didn't seem to mind it when you were wasting hours playing the game for free. Was the game fun? Did you enjoy it? How about paying for what you enjoy?

LOL Jack.

And Tenshi. It's not so much as the price that's a bother, it's the principle of it. it's the way devs go about things. I'm sure tons of people would rather support and give their money to developers on a pricey game doing things correctly, than developers who are doing things with questionable reasons on an underpriced game.

Like I and many others have said, Family sharing messes up gameplay for those who are legitimately using it. Not cheaters. Cheaters are still cheating. Recently there was a post by someone who said they figured out a way of fast leveling by removing the animation completely. The response to it by someone was perfect. "Good thing they disabled family sharing to prevent people from messing up their game."

Great .. now my little brother cant play his character anymore because they disabled family share. Why do we , the casual players , get screwed over because of the action of few?

I dont give a damn about cheaters and i highly doubt you can hack server side variables and data so why disable a feature you even advertised? Im even thinking of refunding and buying it again when its fully developed . False Advertisement is a perfectly valid reason to refund a game.

Bad move Crema Studios

Maybe I'm blind, but I didn't see single mention of family sharing anywhere as "selling point". Where is/was this mentioned?
