Question about 2 Temtems
I have an Oceara with pretty mediocre stats and a Luma Umishi.
I readed on internet that Oceara is the best water Temtem but her stats are pushing me off to use her.
Should I level Umishi instead?

Another question that I have is... if my Luma evolves he keeps being Luma? Or he becomes "normal"?

Thanks

Luma temtem evolve into Luma temtem.

And Umishi is decent. Oceara is usually good but if you have an Umishi with better stats, stick with it.

Later on you can earn money and buy breeding items to pass on those stats. Is your Umishi male or female?

Saying that Oceare is the best water temtem is little inaccurate. While it does have the highest total stats in the game of all currently available water tems, it doesn't have much variety in its attack types and all its huge special attack using moves have hold of 1 or more.

That being said, it is extremely fast and works very well as switch attacker, where you switch it with another tem, using a turn but in return you possibly tank an attack that is weak against water types and have access to your hold attacks the very next turn.

That being said, Umishi/Ukama is not that horrible in comparison either. Their stat distributions are overrall rather similar, but Umishi trades most of its SPATK and some of its SPDEF for little more HP in comparison.
Umishi however, has some hold 0 attacks that utilise its SPATK.

Lumas evolving stay luma.

I have another question.

The SPATK attribute doesnt works with the elemental damage? (water, electric, etc)

Then you'll only be able to get more Umishi from it. Just focus on your luma instead of Oceara.

SPATK works for any Special Attack. That's determined depending on the move, not the type. Right-click on a move and you'll see its description. Special Attacks have a kind of cross-shape star, while Physical Attacks have a five-pointed star.

I have a Ganki with pretty good SVs at level 29.
Do you think is better have him or better get Nessla?
