Not really, they just let you mix and match things from both genders if that's something you want to do. You can still play as a traditional "man" or a traditional "woman", the option of having neutral pronouns or an otherwise female-looking character without breasts isn't removing that option.

And you can pick whatever pronoun to whatever body you chose.
